This module contains regularization terms used for spatially varying deformation regularization.

Classes

Local 2D gradient loss (spatially weighted), the 2D counterpart of LocalGrad3d.

LocalGrad3d(*args, **kwargs)

Local 3D gradient loss (spatially weighted diffusion regulariser).

logBeta(*args, **kwargs)

Negative log-likelihood term for Beta prior on weights.

logGaussian(*args, **kwargs)

Gaussian prior regularizer for weights.
